Terms & Conditions

Using This Website

This website is operated by Flagstaff Commercial Roofing Contractor. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the forms on this website.

General Information

Roofing information on this website is general. Every roof is different, and what fits a particular building depends on an inspection of that roof, its deck, its drainage, and local code requirements.

Ballpark Estimates

The ballpark estimate is a planning range based on the roof area you enter and fixed planning rates. It is not a quote, a bid, or an offer to perform work. A price for actual work comes only after an inspection.

Requests Are Not Appointments

Sending a form is a request to be contacted. It does not book an inspection or create an agreement for roofing work. Any work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Accurate Information

Please give accurate contact and property details so we can respond to your request. Do not submit information about a property or a person without the right to do so.

Images

Photos are illustrations of commercial roofing work in general and are not records of completed projects.
